Business confidence from France is due on Thursday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.
At 2.45 am ET, the French statistical office Insee is scheduled to issue manufacturing confidence data. The sentiment index is seen unchanged at 101 in September.
At 3.00 am ET, Turkey's consumer confidence survey results are due for September. The index had climbed to 74.4 August from 67 in July.
At 4.00 am ET, Norges bank announces its interest rate decision. The bank is expected to keep its key rate at 0.50 percent.
Half an hour later, the Bank of England releases the Financial Policy Committee statement.
At 6.00 am ET, the Confederation of British Industry is scheduled to issue Distributive Trades survey data. The retail sales balance is forecast to rise to 10 percent in September from 9 percent in August.
At 7.00 am ET, Turkey's central bank is set to announce the outcome of the monetary policy meeting. Economists forecast the bank to cut the lending rate to 8.25 percent from 8.50 percent and to keep its borrowing rate at 7.25 percent.
