European Economics Preview: Eurozone Industrial Output Data Due

Industrial production from euro area is due on Wednesday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.

At 2.45 am ET, the French statistical office is set to publish final consumer prices for June. According to flash estimate, consumer prices had increased 0.2 percent on a yearly basis in June.

At 3.00 am ET, Spain's final consumer prices are due. The statistical office is expected to confirm a 0.8 percent decline in consumer prices in June.

In the meantime, Hungary's industrial production figures are due for June.

At 5.00 am ET, Eurostat is scheduled to release euro area industrial production data for May. Output is forecast to decline 0.8 percent month-on-month in May, reversing a 1.1 percent rise in April.

In the meantime, Italy's statistical office Istat is set to publish consumer prices for June.
